随着科技的发展，全球对能源效率越来越重视，相关要求也越来越高，欧盟于2019年10月1日，发布了外置电源ErP认证新标准，2019年10月21日生效，关键信息如下：

1. COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) …/… of 1.10.2019 laying down ecodesign requirements for external power supplies 2020年4月1日强制执行代替现行的(EC) No 278/2009法规。

2. 将多组AC或DC 输出的外置电源纳入管控范围：

Multiple voltage output external power supplies, which are not covered by Regulation (EC) No 278/2009, are being placed on the union   market in increasing numbers. They should therefore be included in the scope of the Regulation to ensure further energy savings and provide a level playing field.

3. 增加了铭牌和说明书相关要求，细节如下：

（a）从2020年4月1日起，铭牌应包括以下信息：

（b）自2020年4月1日起，最终用户的指导手册（如适用）以及制造商，进口商或授权代表的免费访问网站应按包括以下信息，按照以下顺序：

4. 在之前测试要求的基础上，增加了10% 输出负载时的能源效率的测量，相关的负载条件如下:
