欧盟化妆品新法规（EC）No 1223/2009规定了欧盟境内销售的化妆品必须制定一套产品的资料档案（Product Information File，PIF），并随时供官方当局查询。该资料档案包含产品、生产厂商和责任人的全部信息且须时时更新。

与目前的产品资料套装(PIP)相似，将包括化妆品安全报告和一份GMP符合性声明。

根据现行指令76/768/EEC已经通报的产品也需要提供符合新法规的PIF。

在后一批产品投放市场后由责任人保存10年。

6.         Finished product specification

7.         Primary and secondary art w ork

8.         Cosmetic Product Safety Report

10.     Proof of effect

11.     Animal testing data

12.     MSDS of Ingredients/ finished product

13.     Test report: Microbiological test result , stability test result

14.     IFRA statement and allergen list if a perfume is used
